Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and rbt777 ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us"). 2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use the rbt777 Platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. Any individual under 21 years of age is absolutely prohibited from accessing, registering, or wagering on this Platform.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is directed primarily at residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online betting is legally permissible under the laws applicable to you.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Indonesian law. You must not be acting as an agent or representative of a third party when using this Platform.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on rbt777:
rbt777 reserves the right to request proof of age and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds associated with an ineligible account.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) registered account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same or a different name — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. When registering, you are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes but is not limited to: full legal name (as it appears on your national ID / KTP), date of birth, valid email address, and mobile telephone number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. rbt777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Account Transfer. Your rbt777 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
3.5 Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify rbt777 immediately at the contact details provided in Clause 16 if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of your account security.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. All Members are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before making their first withdrawal. rbt777 may also require KYC completion before a deposit can be processed or at any other point during the Member's relationship with the Platform.

4.3 Verification Timeline. rbt777 aims to process KYC submissions within 1–3 business days of receiving all required documentation. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for additional information and will reset the review timeline.
4.4 Refusal of Verification. rbt777 reserves the right to refuse verification and to close the account of any Member where it is unable to satisfy itself as to the Member's identity, age, or source of funds. In such cases, any deposits may be r eturned (less any applicable fees), but any winnings or bonuses may be forfeited.
All documents submitted for KYC verification are stored securely and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal information will never be sold or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the rbt777 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). We do not accept deposits or issue payouts in any other currency.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. rbt777 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian banks and e-wallets: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional methods may be added from time to time at the Platform's discretion.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits below this threshold may be rejected or returned less applicable transaction fees.
5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be rejected and the funds will remain in the Member's Wallet.
5.5 Deposit Processing. Deposits made during Indonesian banking hours (typically 08:00–16:00 WIB, Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays) are generally processed within 1–15 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or via e-wallets may be subject to slight delays depending on the payment provider's processing speed.
5.6 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours after approval. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification as per Clause 4. rbt777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if any irregular activity is suspected.
5.7 Payment Method Match. As a security and anti-money-laundering measure, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits. You may not deposit via one bank account and withdraw to a different account without prior approval and additional verification.
5.8 Third-Party Deposits. Deposits from third-party accounts (accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited. All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same legal name as your rbt777 Account. Third-party deposits will be refunded less applicable fees, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.9 Dormant Account Fee. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 per month thereafter, deducted from the Wallet balance. Accounts with a zero balance are exempt from this fee.
6.1 Promotional Offers. From time to time, rbt777 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional credits ("Bonuses") to Members. All Bonuses are discretionary and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Bonus Terms. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game categories, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. These terms are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page and must be read in full before claiming any Bonus.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means that the Bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x depending on the promotion.
6.4 One Bonus Per Member. Only one Bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Members may not claim multiple concurrent Bonuses. Members are also restricted to one promotional offer per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. rbt777 reserves the right to void any Bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or terminate any account where Bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to:
6.6 VIP Program. rbt777 operates a tiered VIP program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Black Diamond) with distinct benefits including cashback rates, reload bonuses, and dedicated account management. VIP tier eligibility is determined by cumulative deposit and wagering activity and is reviewed monthly. rbt777 may adjust VIP tier criteria or benefits at any time.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. No bet is valid until it has been confirmed and a transaction ID has been issued by the rbt777 system. A bet receipt or bet slip displayed in your account history is the sole proof of a valid bet. Bets placed without adequate Wallet balance will be automatically rejected.
7.2 Bet Settlement. All bets are settled based on the official results as determined by the relevant governing body or data provider. For football matches, this is the final score at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise specified (e.g., "including extra time"). For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), results are determined by the official draw published by the respective lottery operator.
7.3 Voided / Cancelled Events. If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed by more than 24 hours, or cancelled before completion, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Members' Wallets — unless a winner has already been determined or the bet has been explicitly marked as "action regardless of completion" in the market description.
7.4 Obvious Errors. rbt777 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error has occurred, including but not limited to:
In such cases, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. rbt777 is under no obligation to honor clearly erroneous wagers.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. The maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator is Rp 500.000.000 (five hundred million Rupiah) unless a higher limit is explicitly stated for a specific market or promotion. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be reduced to the maximum limit.
7.6 Late Bets. Bets placed after an event has already started may be rejected or voided if accepted in error. Live betting markets remain open during play, but all bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to mitigate latency-based arbitrage.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbt777 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:
8.1 Fraudulent Activity. Any attempt to defraud rbt777 or other Members, including but not limited to credit card fraud, identity theft, chargeback fraud, or use of stolen funds.
8.2 Collusion. Coordinating with other Members or third parties to manipulate markets, fix outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Members.
8.3 Arbitrage Betting. Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies between rbt777 and other betting operators, or between different markets on the same Platform, for the purpose of guaranteed profit without risk.
8.4 Use of Bots and Automated Tools. Use of any software, bot, scraper, or automated system to place bets, harvest odds data, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
8.5 Money Laundering. Using the Platform to launder illicit funds or engage in any activity that violates Indonesian anti-money-laundering laws or international financial regulations.
8.6 Insider Information. Placing wagers based on non-public inside information (e.g., knowledge of a player injury before it is publicly announced, knowledge of match-fixing arrangements).
8.7 Account Sharing. Allowing any third party to access or use your account for any purpose, or sharing your login credentials with others.
8.8 Offensive Conduct. Using the Platform's communication features (chat, customer support) to transmit abusive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise offensive content.
Enforcement: rbt777 employs advanced fraud detection systems and conducts regular audits of betting patterns. Any Member found to be engaging in Prohibited Conduct will have their account terminated and all associated funds forfeited. rbt777 reserves the right to report illegal activity to Indonesian law enforcement authorities.
9.1 Ownership. All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, software, graphics, text, images, and other materials displayed on the rbt777 Platform (collectively, "Platform Content") are the exclusive property of rbt777 or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License. rbt777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any Platform Content without the prior written consent of rbt777. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.
9.4 Third-Party Content. The Platform may contain trademarks, logos, and content owned by third-party game studios, sports leagues, and other licensors (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, BRI Liga 1, and others). All such third-party content is used under license and remains the property of its respective owners.
10.1 No Warranty. The rbt777 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. rbt777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 Force Majeure. rbt777 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, power outages, internet service provider failures, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.
10.3 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, rbt777's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 No Consequential Damages. rbt777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or emotional distress) arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if rbt777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.5 Third-Party Services. rbt777 is not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party payment processors, game studio providers, sports data providers, or other third-party services integrated with the Platform. Any disputes with such providers must be resolved directly between you and the third party.
11.1 Privacy Policy. Your use of the rbt777 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
11.2 Consent to Processing. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your user experience and for analytics purposes.
11.3 Data Security. rbt777 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and advanced security protocols to protect your personal information and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and rbt777 cannot guarantee absolute security.
11.4 Data Retention. rbt777 retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a minimum of five (5) years thereafter to comply with regulatory, legal, and tax obligations under Indonesian law.

13.1 Termination by Member. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any outstanding balance (after deducting applicable fees and resolving any pending bets or disputes) will be returned to your registered payment method within 7–14 business days.
13.2 Termination by rbt777. rbt777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Any outstanding bets will be settled according to their respective rules. Any remaining Wallet balance (less applicable fees and pending obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonuses and promotional credits will be forfeited upon termination.
13.4 Survival. The provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including Clauses 8, 9, 10, 11, and 14) shall continue in full force and effect following termination.
14.1 Applicable Law. This Agreement and your use of the rbt777 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of Indonesia.
14.3 Legal Compliance. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the rbt777 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. rbt777 operates as an internationally regulated platform and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling within Indonesia. You assume all risk and responsibility for compliance with local laws.
15.1 Right to Amend. rbt777 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, business practices, or Platform features.
15.2 Notification. When material changes are made to this Agreement, rbt777 will notify Members by email, by posting a notice on the Platform homepage, or by displaying a notification upon login. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Agreement will also be revised.
15.3 Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Clause 13.1.
